1. Open a support ticket by writing to: email@example.com
2. Provide a description of the problem.
3. Add the following files in attachment:
A. MICROSOFT DIRECTX DIAGNOSTIC REPORT (DXDIAG.TXT FILE):
1. Enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar.
2. Click on dxdiag from the results.
3. Click on the Save All Information button.
4. Save the DxDiag.txt file.
B. SAVED GAME (SAVE AND SAVE_BACKUP FILES):
1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Navigate to Documents > My Games > Shady Part of Me > 8207051.
C. GAME LOG (SPOM-0.LOG FILE):
1. From LIBRARY, right click on Shady Part of Me > Manage > Browse local files.
2. Open the log folder.
